@RESAVEROFP is a pan-European, non-profit pension fund initiated by the @EU_Commission to support the mobility and long-term retention of research-related staff across Europe. It provides a flexible and fully portable supplementary pension plan, specifically designed for organisations engaged in research. @RESAVEROFP helps close pension gaps caused by cross-border moves and early-career mobility, complementing national systems. It is adaptable to institutional budgets, approved by regulators in nine countries, and contributions are eligible as personnel costs in European-funded projects.
