This is extremely disappointing from a brand like Tanishq. If the name mismatch was an issue, why was the customer called to the store without verifying the required documents/process beforehand?

My wife visited the Tanishq Kothrud store on Karve Road, Pune to collect a replacement item. We had received a call confirming that the item was ready for collection and that the balance amount would be transferred to our bank account.

She was carrying the marriage certificate, but the store team refused. After making her wait for nearly 3 hrs, the final outcome was: ❌ Replacement item NOT handed over ❌ Balance amount NOT refunded/transferred ❌ Marriage certificate NOT accepted ❌ No satisfactory resolution

@ola_supports why it’s hard to get to customer care all the time. I got charged extra by driver. I got invoice mentioning refund voucher. I paid cash but as in date did not received the voucher. I am tired by automated responses. I need a person to understand issue not bot.

@DTDCIndia my shipment was suppose to deliver on 18 Dec. now its 21 Dec. All the time customer care giving different different reasons. Does DTDC not have the concern about urgency of the product? Why delays all time? This is not first timing with me.

Why there is issue with service? Changed my circle from Mumbai to Maharashtra. Incoming service is barred since last 6 days. Thought to change sim. So converted to eSIM but issue is still there. What to do? Customer care only raise complaint nothing happens.

@PicturesPVR want to share my yesterday’s experience with PVR INOX @ Phoenix Millennium Mall. We booked Veer Savarkar tkts for 9:45 show. No doubt about the experience what PVR gives while watching movies. But unfortunate for us that we had a very bad experience in the theatre

@PicturesPVR @PicturesPVR to address the AC issue. Rather the staff people disappeared from the scene. All viewers were sweaty because of NO AC. If this is the experience what a viewer can expect then I think PVR should mention that they will not run AC and cut down tkt fare.

@NewIndAssurance I am waiting in the hospital in Pune for final approval since last 3 hrs. How much time company takes to give final approval? Discharge is on hold due to pending approval. What to do???
