Competed in T&F states this weekend. Ran the 4x100 Friday with @Ryder_Izzo and @kellenmurr for our third time as a team and ran 3rd fastest time in RFH history. State champ in Jav on Saturday in the brutal early morning wind. Meet of champions coming up on Wednesday.

Had a great time at the Marist Exposure camp this Sunday. I ran a (7.11) on the L drill and a (4.31) on the 5-10-5 shuttle. Thanks to all the amazing coaches I spoke to after the camp.
