But now even 1st AC isn’t spared.

When passengers pay premium fares and still face poor maintenance and substandard conditions, it’s not inconvenience it’s failure.

If even the highest class of travel cannot maintain basic standards, what exactly are passengers paying for?

Accountability is overdue. Premium ticket prices demand premium service not excuses. 🚆🚨
