🎙️ Statement by Dmitry #Polyanskiy at the OSCE Permanent Council Meeting, 4 June 2026 «Report by the High Commissioner on National Minorities»
• What “contested historical interpretations” can be in question? The moral and legal verdict delivered to Nazi perpetrators at the Nuremberg Tribunal is not subject to revision. We highlighted these issues during a “virtual round table” entitled “Collaborationism: Lessons Not Learned,” organized by us on May 25.
• The revision of historical memory in Ukraine and in the Baltic States has long become part of state policy.
• The re‑burial with state honours of the remains of the Nazi executioner Melnik and the conferral upon a unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces of the title “Heroes of the UPA” provoked a sharp reaction not only in Russian society but also in Polish society.
• The Kiev authorities are attempting to place the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church entirely “outside the law.” More detailed information is contained in the recent report by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs “On the Situation of Human Rights in Ukraine.”
• Worrying trends are in the Baltic States and in Moldova.
• All these problems fall fully within the mandate of the High Commissioner and require not silence or smoothing over of “sensitive points,” but focused and substantive engagement.

🎙️ Statement by Dmitry #Polyanskiy at the OSCE Permanent Council Meeting,
4 June 2026
• Europe and NATO are deliberately blocking a peaceful settlement, increasing military activity near Russia's borders
• Zelensky reburied Nazi criminal Melnyk and named a Ukrainian Armed Forces unit "UPA Heroes"
• A "Roland" battalion has appeared in the Ukrainian Armed Forces — an exact copy of a Nazi battalion from 1941
• 3 June — a massive drone attack on St. Petersburg, launched, according to media reports, from the Baltic states and NATO ships
• The Russian Armed Forces are launching systematic strikes against military targets in Ukraine. Whether targets on NATO territory will be among them depends only on you
• The massacre in Starobelsk — 21 dead teenagers. Western media and the OSCE remain silent
• 31 May — a strike on a residential building in Henichesk, a five-year-old child was killed
• 3 June — a strike on a passenger bus in Yenakiyeve, 8 dead
• In one week — 3,750 munitions against civilian targets in Russia, 35 killed, 180 wounded
• A kamikaze drone struck the engine room of power unit No. 6 at the Zaporizhzhia NPP — 10 meters from the reactor. The OSCE remained silent

💬 Russian MFA Spox #Zakharova:
On May 30-31, Kiev regime militants deliberately targeted the Zaporozhskaya NPP.
We hope Zelensky’s US & EU handlers are fully aware of the catastrophic consequences such provocations could have for the entire world.

💬 President #Putin:
Everything European countries do is designed to keep the confrontation with Russia going and justify the huge spending from the budgets of their countries, getting into the pocket of the European taxpayer.

Statement by Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE Dmitry #Polyanskiy «On the report of the Head of Mission in Kosovo»
• The situation in Kosovo remains far from stable, while its governance system is in deep crisis.
• Pristina continues systematic pressure on the non-Albanian population, primarily Kosovo Serbs, limiting access to basic services.
• The accelerated militarization of Kosovo and the expansion of the so-called Kosovo Security Force create additional risks for regional stability.
• We expect increased Mission’s efforts to protect the rights of Kosovo Serbs and preserve stability in the Balkans.
🎙️ Statement by Dmitry #Polyanskiy at the OSCE Permanent Council Meeting, 28.05.2026
• Record week of Ukrainian shelling: 250 civilians affected, 51 killed, 200 wounded, over 4,300 munitions fired at civilian targets
• The Starobelsk college terrorist attack on 22 May, authorized by Zelensky: 21 students killed, 44 wounded
• Dozens of attacks on civilians over the week - Makeyevka, Borisovka, Syzran, Lisichansk, Markovo, Unecha, and others
• Strike on a gymnasium in Svatovo last night - the hunt for Donbass children continues
• Complete absence of any OSCE and Swiss Chairmanship reaction to the killing of children, with immediate condemnation of retaliatory strikes on military targets
• Surviving college teachers added to the "Mirotvorets" database - your silence equals a new blank cheque for terrorist attacks
• Appeal by Faina Savenkova to OSCE CiO Cassis: why remain silent when children are killed and survivors are persecuted?
• Zelensky's honoring of Nazi criminal Andrey Melnyk's ashes - a co-architect of the Babi Yar Holocaust. Condemned by Yad Vashem, but not by you. Your "values" are Nazi values
• Mining of a gas carrier from Antwerp - Europe shares the terrorist methods of Kiev. Next step: drone launches from NATO territory
• Jeffrey Sachs' open letter to the German Chancellor: call to restore the OSCE as a security forum. But peace must now be saved not through the OSCE, but in spite of it

On 25 May, Zelensky knelt before the ashes of Nazi criminal Andrey Melnyk - a co-architect of the Holocaust, whose followers exterminated Jews at Babi Yar. Yad Vashem condemned this, you did not. Yet during discussions on anti-Semitism here, Western representatives wrest the microphone from each other. Your "shared values" with Ukraine are Nazi values. The rehabilitation of Nazis, Russophobia, turning Europe into a rear base for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and a launchpad for combat drones - you are deliberately making a conflict with Russia inevitable.
⚡️ @mfa_russia presents a report “On the Human Rights Situation in Ukraine” (May 2026).
The presented up-to-date facts expose the scale of human rights violations in Ukraine & the depth of the country’s human rights collapse.

@SwitzerlandOSCE@ignaziocassis Courageous Faina Savenkova (teenage writer from Lugansk who in June 2021, reached out to the UN Security Council through me) could not remain indifferent to the crime committed against her fellow countrymen by the Kiev regime. She recorded a video address to the current Chairman of the OSCE, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland, Ignacio Cassis, urging him to condemn the strike on the college in Starobelsk. There’s no point in summarizing it; I highly recommend everyone watch it. I will make sure that my Swiss colleagues watch it
🎙️ Statement by Dmitry #Polyanskiy at the Joint Meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council and the FSC, 26.05.2026
❗️Rejection by the OSCE CiO of Russia's request for a meeting on the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on the college in Starobelsk
🔺 Circumstances of the attack: three waves of UAVs, "double-tap" method, 21 killed, 42 wounded, 86 students in the building
🔺 Ukraine's violation of the Geneva Conventions and the Convention on the Rights of the Child
🔺 Absence of any reaction from the OSCE and the Swiss Chairmanship to the strike on children
🔺 Western media's disregard of the tragedy despite the invitation and security guarantees
🔺 Hypocrisy of the Chairmanship: expressing concern over "Oreshnik" while remaining silent on Starobelsk
🔺 Comparison: 16 drones on the college - 21 victims; 100+ missiles on military targets - 5 victims as a result of the work of Ukrainian air defense
🔺 Systematic strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on the military-industrial complex, UAV production facilities, and decision-making centers in Kiev
🔺 Warning to foreign nationals and Kiev residents to leave the city and avoid military sites

Dmitry #Polyanskiy at the roundtable“Collaborationism: Lessons Not Learned” (25 May 2026):
• After World War II, Nazism and fascism were universally condemned, andattempts to whitewash Nazi criminals or question the outcome of the war were unacceptable. While the Nuremberg Tribunal condemned German Nazism and its leadership, many “small nazisms” - movements that followed Nazi ideology - avoided similar condemnation.
• Today Ukraine overtly advocates for historical revisionism and the glorification of Nazi collaborators, including Yaroslav Stetsko, Stepan Bandera, Andrei Melnyk, Roman Shukhevich and the Nachtigal Battalion. The notorious role of the Ukrainian nationalists in the 1941 Lvov pogroms is well known. But still Kiev names streets after them.
⚡️ Given the continued terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime against Russian civilians, @mod_russia will be targeting Ukrainian defence industry facilities in Kiev.
Foreign nationals, including diplomatic missions & staff, should leave the city ASAP.
