I think @Max33Verstappen can be happy as well, managing to be in front of both McLarens which was his main target.
#McL which seemed not as quick as in other races this year, even thought I think they were still pretty quick but stuck in traffic the whole race (when they had free air they were flying)
Another bad weekend for #Ferrari, with major brakes issues that almost stopped @LewisHamilton and relegated him to P7 (P9 after a penalty). The whole race was so difficult also for @Charles_Leclerc due to brake temperatures managing. Overall also the pace was the 4th fastest, far from the top 3 teams.

#AzerbaijanGP: As always, few overtakes but challenging strategy at Baku! Race pace was a lot altered by traffic but in the end we can have an idea about the faster and slower cars. The wind was very variable as always, but not too harsh. With low temperatures ร Mercedes is clearly very quick!! Both #RUS and #ANT managed to be in fight for podium, but #Sainz was amazing to maximize his starting position finishing P3! Super #Verstappen who maximizes a very quick RedBull to win the race.
#NOR doesn't maximize after Piastri's mistake due to traffic, but in clear track he was very quick
#Lawson was able to keep the Ferraris behind, also because #Leclerc just confirmed some PU issues that occurred during the race. A bad weekend on a good track for #Ferrari, which is not good for the end of the season.

#ItalianGP#FP2: I put so much effort to provide a wide range of plot for my home GP ๐ฎ๐น! As expected, #Ferrari with extremely low downforce and much engine power, while McLaren seems to be sandbagging in qualy sim on the straights and has a more loaded configuration that gives an advantage in corners. Still to see how much power they still didnโt use to compensate in Qualy.
#VER has found a quite good balance, still conservative on PU. Very good race pace both for him, Norris and Russell, while Ferrari is double-face: good with soft by #Leclerc, much higher long run for #Hamilton on hard tyres ๐ค
The #DutchGP was a really crazy race! @McLarenF1 was in a league on its own as predictable, but #Norris' DNF left a podium place for a super @Isack_Hadjar, who kept a sensational race pace on pair with top teams! Huge congrats to him.
Very solid race by #Verstappen who maximized everything. Extreme bad luck for #Ferrari, with #Hamilton crashing in the worst possible moment and #Leclerc that after a super drive was hit by #Antonelli.
#DutchGP#Qualifying: I think that the results were quite predictable. #McL found the best equilibrium from yesterday and put everything together with both drivers. Good lap for @OscarPiastri after his struggles throughout the weekend.
#Verstappen tried everything in S2 after a big mistake in T2. #Leclerc too hard with himself, he tried everything to improve at T9-10 and minimum speed was very good, although a snap out of T10. #Russell very solid on saturday, not a surprise. Impressive #Hadjar that is able to find an amazing last lap to beat the Ferrari drivers, much smoother at T10 exit and some more interesting insights to be noticed in the plot.
#DutchGP#FP3: Another dry session, quite windy. @McLarenF1 found the perfect equilibrium and makes the difference also in traction, being even able to carry more apex speed compared to its opponents. #Fer continues to struggle a lot in T9 but improved T8. Let's see if with the last setup changes one of the other 3 top teams can be in better conditions for Qualy to secure a P3! At the moment there's a lot of equilibrium for 3rd position ๐๏ธ
.@Charles_Leclerc mentioned to the press that #Ferrari is losing 90% of laptime in 2 corners specifically. He is talking about T1 and T9! These are corners where you need a strong front end to help the car turning, but Ferrari for now lacks precision and ability to carry more speed without losing the apex. For this reason, #LEC has to brake harder than his opponents and carry much less speed into the corner.

#DutchGP#FP2: A dry session that respects what we expected. #McL is clearly the quickest both in single-lap pace and in long runs (especially with #Norris who seems particularly at ease here at Zandvoort).
#RBR and #Merc are quite similar for now, with #Russell and #Verstappen competing for the role of 2nd quicker after the McLarens.
A difficult friday for #Ferrari, with the car that seemed out of window, especially in 1-lap pace. Long run seemed ok, although very few laps were completed.

LEC was slower on his 3rd stint compared to his 2nd, despite less fuel! But from the heatmap you can see that speed traps were very good, increased with respect to 2nd stint, so I'd confirm the issue was not fuel related. He lost in slow-mid speed corners
As @OscarPiastri mentioned, you can see the wind speed increase in Q3 in the plot. Interestingly it passed from less to more than 2 m/s, resulting aerodinamically significant
