@PanthersAnalyst He Can be very productive in the pass rush due to his speed. He’ll continue to produce once the focus is off him. Phillips and D. Brown will force plays to his side.
@PanthersHighlts This was just great defense, the check down woulda been his only option. Even the lane that opened for him to run through woulda got him hit. Vanilla play calling to see what the defense was giving.
@DuncOnDemand Reed would be great to keep, I do believe they should definitely let Jimmy Horn stretch the field. You can have him at Z in some formations with XL in the slot and really stress the defense.
@FPFO_Podcast Sounds like Iron sharpening iron. Interceptions and it’s apart of the game, taking these deep shots to XL & Brazzell is what we want to see from BY9. Deep passes force DBs to play back leaving everything underneath open. T-Mac, Coker, Tremble, Chubba, J.Brooks will be open.
@PanthersPulze Our defense coverage has to be more tight in the 2-minute drill. I would like more DBs in during those situations and toss in some corner blitzes to add pressure.
@Panthers9872@SleeperCarolina@espn I would say our TE room is good. Reliable depth with the addition of Evans. But our RB room has the biggest question if Brooks can’t perform or gets hurt.
@PanthersHighlts He can make plays with his legs and that brings the defense up. They worry bout him rolling out and we should have someone dragging that way for the dump or blocking.
@PanthersHighlts Plus them being covered will open up everything else, XL on a drag underneath, Jimmy Horn on a 5-10 yard hitch, Tremble/Evans/Sanders on a seam or out, Chubba or Brooks on swing routes. Options are there and we gotta keep BY9 safe in the pocket!
