#Costco @Costco see previous tweets. A big fail today. 15 year customers. Unwilling to help replace missing pair of jeans.

#Costco fail. All over a pair of jeans that we never got. We were told by Trish at Prescott Costco we would have to drive 130 miles to Chandler Costco to replace missing jeans.

All for a $15 pair of jeans. The Prescott Costco was no help to us. A wasted 110 mile trip. Told us a story about it would mess up their inventory. We’ve purchased over 100,000 since being members. Their service was always awesome until today

Annie had told us to go to the podium up front with the replacement jeans. We did so and Trish told us no way. We’d have to call the store in Chandler. Did so and they said they’d check their video and get back to us.

We called our local Costco 55 miles away and we were told they would take care of it. We made a special trip there today. Talked to Annie and she said for my wife to find the replacement jeans for the ones we never got.

Costco has always done right to us until today. We’ve been executive members for 15 years. We were at the Chandler location yesterday which is 130 miles from our house. We purchased 7 items one of which was a pair of women’s jeans. They never made it home. Still no jeans
