RGB Bug Bounty Program status update.

As AI-powered tooling reshapes not only how vulnerabilities are discovered, but the entire workflow around them, the very nature of bug bounty programs is changing. We're taking the time to study how to design and operate a Bug Bounty Program that makes sense in this new landscape: one that genuinely rewards meaningful security work, both for researchers and for the protocol.

We'll reopen submissions once we've defined a program structure suited to this moment.
