Great conversational 14 miler this morning. Don’t let the rain stop you today!! Be Great Today!!

[RGC_XC @RGC_XC]

Almost didn’t post this because I forgot my watch on this mornings run. But after finding an old run (on the same route) I knew the distance.

[RGC_XC @RGC_XC]

Today’s run was a little hard, feeling pretty soar from yesterday’s workouts. BUT, still pushed forward with today’s run and workout. Be great today!!!

[RGC_XC @RGC_XC]

Today’s run was slower. More about the company so I decided to do two workouts to catch up on the days. Let’s see what you can do today!!

[RGC_XC @RGC_XC]

Here is today’s daily activity! Let’s see what you got for me/yourself today!!

Congratulations to Finley Hinting for breaking two school records at our home meet. She broke the 3200m and 1600m, which have been held since 1984 and 1996! @RGC_MS_HS @FSHISD
