🚨BREAKING: NYPD Detective Jose Mercedes survived a stabbing by two illegal aliens and started immediately by thanking God for giving him a second chance at life!

Stepping out from the hospital after his harrowing ordeal, Detective Mercedes immediately gave glory where it was due:
"I almost died," Mercedes shared. "The first thing that I want to do is thank GOD I have a second chance at life."
