Can someone please explain to me why young Americans, unlike their French counterparts, seem to have no interest in pushing back against their own terrible government?
Americans have 2 options.
1. STOP PARTICIPATING (stop spending, stop paying bills, don’t go to work, etc.)
2. Riot like France 🇫🇷
Currently, we’re doing neither. So, things will get worse from here 😒 yall are waiting for democrats or some political figure to tell you to take action and that’s the problem.
The revolution will make luxuries available to the masses. This is what the Soviet Union did with perfume, champagne, and caviar; and what China is doing with diamonds and truffles. I will not mourn the monopolists who mock the working class by cultivating a culture where consumption defines worth, while keeping the prize goods beyond reach.
Remembering that post from a week ago that said Americans are allowed to have guns because they've proven that they won't use them in any consequential way, and the French aren't allowed to have guns because they would soon prove otherwise...
The fight against data centers in the US is working.
Over $260,000,000,000 worth of data center projects have been cancelled in the US, largely due to pushback from local governments.
