Great energy at the #RGSMasterclasses@RGSGuildford over the last two Saturday mornings. In the different strands, Y6 pupils were studying Japanese in the MFL, probability in Maths, forensic techniques in Science, tonal perspective in Art and making an amplifier in Tech.
A wonderful celebration evening where colleagues shared their learning from the NFER Enquiring Schools Programme. Great learning. Strong partnerships. Huge impact on learning. @RGSGuildford@StJohnsSurrey @gepacademies @TheNFER@gabbot_news
Fantastic to see the Boxgrove Children, the Strings Scheme and all the staff and charities involved getting the recognition they deserve. https://t.co/cPPwcMcRhf
Congratulations to all the Boxgrove Primary School Y3 pupils involved in the @RGSGuildford Strings Scheme for a wonderful first performance - looking forward to hearing more later this term. Thank you to @AnneMilton for visiting and to @InvestecIntMusF for their support. https://t.co/30XIq9S6SW
Well done to the super @BoxgroveSchool pupils who attended the @RGSGuildford Tech Project for the past 5 weeks. The RGS and GHS Sixth Form helpers were really impressed by your designs and creativity making pen holders, alarm circuits and dancing eyeballs!
A pleasure to welcome @guildfordgrove pupils to @RGSGuildford for a 5 week Technology programme working alongside RGS and GHS Sixth Form to create amazing pen holders, an alarm circuit and a rotary cam mechanism. We hope to see you again soon.
Great feedback from Sandfield Primary School: "Just wanted to say a huge thank you to @RGSGuildford for supporting our sports week with a tournament, lessons and assemblies. You all had a great manner with the children and they’ve all responded amazingly to what you put on."
Great to be part of the @HTPDSchool Science Week yesterday. Y4 were enthusiastic about our theme of 'colour': visible spectra, flame tests, the amazing chromatography T-shirts and, of course, a howling Jelly baby to finish! Thanks for the invite.
A pleasure to welcome Tillingbourne Junior School to @RGSGuildford today for the last of their three #RGSTudorProject experiences. See you again next year!
