Today at school the students have been jewellery making, learning Indian games and playing sport. We also did a Google meet with RGS Y11. After school buffalo milking and a tuk tuk ride back to the hotel.We will not want to come home!

On Wednesday we had a much deserved day off teaching and took ourselves off to a beach and palace. Mandvi beach is idyllic, we had a delicious lunch and the beach to ourselves.

Day 2 at the Hope Foundation School today and the students got stuck right in to teaching. Football, painting, badminton, dancing, Maths, Hindi lesson, paper craft and reading. We even found time to Skype year 8 assembly at RGS. Tuktuks to the temple was also a highlight.

We’re here in Bhuj after two planes and a bus journey. We are exhausted, well fed and ready for an exciting day at Hope Foundation school tomorrow.

@Deliveroo can still not tell me why the driver drove off without leaving my goods on the doorstep, and are still insisting that I can’t have a refund for this theft. Appalling service, do not consider using them if you are in isolation as I was and need groceries delivered.

Thank you to Team India 2020 for a fantastic trip. We are incredibly proud of our students and the work they did at the school as well as their travelling spirit. They are amazing ambassadors for RGS. Hope you are all fully rested and have lifelong memories to cherish.
