The present GSDP levels according to 2020-2021 figures, is pegged at $300 billion or approx. Rs 22.2 lakh Cr. This is mostly contributed by services with 53%, #industry@ 34%, & agriculture @ 13%.
#Exports share of the GSDP is $51 billion or Rs 3.8 lakh Cr.

India imported more than 152.2 thousand MT of refined #copper in 2020 as against 35 thousand metric tons in 2017. The reason associated with this was the shut down of the #Tuticorin smelter. A domino effect occurred, leading to an increase in imports.
