After 4 attempts via telephone and web chat and a promise on each occasion for someone to call me back I am no closer to why my delivery is a month late. #terriblelogistics
@British_Airways again we wait for a flight where you are checking luggage at the gate because of a full flight. Maybe think about including a bag in your lowest fare and differentiating from the low cost carriers??
@PizzaExpress you can offer us a table and serve us pizza straight away but a pizza to take away will take an hour. I asked the waitress if when it arrived at the table we could put it in a box and take it away and she said yes #customerservicefail
@Max33Verstappen you are a poor world champion. Never heard an F1 driver whine so much about ‘things being unfair’ and they whine a lot! it’s like watching a small schoolchild! You do not deserve your position as an F1 driver. Maybe try congratulating your competitors!

4 days or trying and @British_Airways replies and resolves within 3 hours from an email and tweet. Why make me go through the 4 days of holding on calls to a non existent call centre?
@British_Airways I have been trying to contact someone to sort my hotel booking for 4 days since you cancelled the flight. All lines lead to no-one and I leave on Thursday. Why bother having contact numbers with no-one answering? Could someone help please? #worstcustomerservice
