If you are over 50 years old your limit on folic acid should be 200 micrograms.

They are adding 250 micrograms to every 100g of flour.

Below is NHS advice on if you take more than recommended amount.

Lillia is a white 13-year-old female with long light brown hair worn in a low ponytail. She wears clear frame glasses. She was last seen wearing dark wide leg trousers, black hooded zip front jacket and carrying a black Nike rucksack".

Ellie didn’t come home after college last night, we are beside ourselves with worry , the police are out looking for her currently. If anyone sees her or has any information please let us know .
Ellie went missing at 4.30pm at the heart of Worcester college, she was wearing wide leg grey joggers and a green top(photos of exact clothing items in the comments)
This is the first time Ellie has ever been out overnight other than to her nans this is very uncharacteristic .
All her friends have been contacted and no one has heard from or seen her since college yesterday.

Police are appealing for help to locate a missing three-year-old boy in Brantham.
Noah was last seen at approximately 3pm this afternoon, Tuesday 17 September, when he became separated from a relative after visiting the playground in Merriam Close.
Noah is reported to have run off down the alleyway beside the playground towards the new build housing estate.
Noah is described as white, with curly ginger hair. He is wearing a white Bluey t-shirt, shorts and white trainers.
Emergency services are currently in Brantham conducting searches. Residents in the area are asked to check their gardens, sheds and outbuildings.
Anyone who believes they have seen Noah is asked to contact Suffolk Police, quoting CAD 203 of 15 September.
