So blanket pardons and immunity will be the new norm? And by the way, average Americans support President Trump, that's how he ended up in the WH. Unlike you and your CIA compatriots, he didn't need rigged machines, illegal aliens voting and rigging congressional district numbers.
@RealTheForce The retard is you. Hitler shut down the Rothschild banks in Frankfurt and Vienna, as well as putting the Marxists and Freemasons out of business.
@Darkmdd I delivered 2 home births with my very strong wife, it's ok to be nervous but not scared or grossed out, it's all natural and that's how God created it.
⚠️This is the new pandemic.⚠️
Since Lindsay Clancy killed her three kids in January 2023, the headlines have not stopped. 82 mothers. 123 children dead. 37 more who tried. Same story every time: postpartum, hormones, psychosis.
The children are the victims. Not the ones who killed them.
These are only the cases that made the local news.
America, we have a problem
@RealTheForce JP Morgan was actually opposed by the Rothschild banking syndicate. He died of apparent poisoning in 1913 because he would surely have opposed the coming Fed and Income Tax.
When you sort through Legal Fockry, you win!!
A member just beat a $73,000 lawsuit from a major bank.
Alone.
No lawyer.
Case DISMISSED.
Pre Se baby!!
Let me tell you how it happened, because this is exactly what we teach.
Last summer, a letter from the courthouse landed in his mailbox. A bank was suing him over three old loans that defaulted back in 2019. The demand: $73,000, with $18,000 of that being stacked lawyer fees.
Here’s the kicker. The lawsuit had been filed FOURTEEN MONTHS earlier. He was never served. Not once. The first he ever heard of it was the court’s own mail telling him to show up.
Most people panic at that letter. He didn’t. He asked me for help.
He went to the clerk’s office himself and pulled the docket sheet. And there it was in black and white. The sheriff tried to serve him once, at his correct address, couldn’t make contact, and sent the papers back. Then the bank’s lawyers did NOTHING for over a year. The rule gives them 120 days to serve you. They were at sixteen months.
And the debts? Out of statute. The clock ran out before they ever properly started the case.
So he filed a motion to dismiss that I made. Then a supplement when the docket exposed their abandonment. The court ordered the bank to respond by a deadline. They blew it by 24 days. Then he filed a reply answering every argument they finally made.
Then came the hearing. A nervous man who had never argued in a courtroom walked in alone, against a national collections law firm using the instructions I gave him. He made his points in order.
When their lawyer cited his only two cases, the member answered them to his face. The judge himself asked the lawyer about the blown deadline.
The lawyer had no answer. After the member’s closing, their lawyer said NOTHING.
This week the order came in. Motion GRANTED! Case dismissed!
He owes zero. No judgment. No payment plan. A $73,000 demand, gone.
He didn’t get lucky. He pulled the documents. He built the record. He stood on it.
The paper did the fighting, and he just had to show up and tell the truth.
That letter in your mailbox is not a death sentence. It’s a test of whether you know your rights and the rules they have to follow.
He knew. Now he’s free of it.
Who are you to RULE over me?
