Welcome to the Horley Carnival 2024! 🎡

This will be the twelfth year since the Horley Carnival became an annual event and returns on Saturday 15th June 2024, from 12.00 pm until 5.00 pm; and continues to be free to enter.

This year’s theme is Medieval Horley 🏰

Our fantastic carnival would be nothing without our local community coming together to take part in the procession!
If you are interested in having a float in the procession, please do get in touch!

12.30pm the Carnival Procession will leave the Victoria Road Car Park on to Massetts Rd into Russells Crescent then through Horley Town Centre on Victoria Rd to the A23
1.05 pm entering the Recreation Ground from the A23
