The Library launched its Scotland x Japan Pen Pal programme yesterday. 🏴🇯🇵
Students received their first handwritten letters from their Japanese partner, and started writing their own back.
A big thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Ito for coming in and telling students about life in Japan!
Yesterday as part of #EmpathyDay, S1 pupils met with pupils from @StAndrews_Lib and @library_pgs at the new Paisley Central Library.
They delivered presentations on what they love about reading, and how it can help build empathy and improve mental health.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming illustrator and comic book artist @neilslorance to the school as part of the @BookPaisley. Students took part in a drawing workshop and created their own comic strips with tips from Neil!
