I’m so glad Coach Pond chose to be a Raider! He spent his entire career coaching College football, and making the transition to high school can be surprisingly hard. This guy has absolutely killed that transition.

He’s teaching more than a full load of classes, and he’s coaching 3 sports this year. All the while, he’s never let his energy and enthusiasm fade. He has a passion for changing lives through education, and he’s focused on building champions.

I love this dude, and @RHSProsper is better because he is here.
