Human Rights Day 2021 & the focus is EQUALITY. Our Rights Respecting Group have gathered information to share with the school and weβll be fundraising for local charity @SocialBite_ this year! Ensuring that all have access to the essentials is the basis to enjoying our rights πͺπΌ

One way you can help is by finding out if your school is a Rights Respecting School. If itβs not, why donβt you talk to them and help achieve the award.
Isobel Walls S2 and Sara Robertson S2 have made pillows to support those recovering from breast cancer surgery. This was in their academies class. A great idea!

For black history month we are celebrating those who resonate with our interests and values. Mrs Walker has Khalia Braswell an amazing computer scientist.
Yesterday was National litter pick up day and here is one of our lovely locals in The Royal High School to pick up some litter. He comes to the school on a Saturday for swimming and a Sunday for rugby so he thought he would come and help out! What a star!
