The summer of sport may be over but our books are still getting in on the action over at the book sorter.
Remember to return your books when you get back to campus!
The books then race along the conveyer belt to the sorting bin. An action replay shows the books dropping into the bin close up with the caption 'That's a textbook landing'.
We may not have got Oasis tickets, but the only musical throwback weβre interested in anyway is the 1926 Royal Holloway Jazz Band! Complete with Swanee whistle, kazoo and tambourine, this photo from our archives was donated by Margaret Yates, who studied history, 1923 - 1928.
This photo shows a group of students getting ready for some camping fun in 1925. The picture comes from the photo collection of Royal Holloway Alumna Margaret Yates which is held in our archives.
Weβre enjoying the beautiful summer flowers on campus! πΌ
We will be open 8am β 12am as usual this coming bank holiday. You can also contact us online via our Live Chat service, 10am β 9pm daily, if you have any library questions.
