And afterwards the officers said they were going to let him go because they didn’t want to risk his military career due to double jeopardy. So essentially they held this man at gunpoint and pepper sprayed him and his dog in the backseat simply because they could. Enough is enough

They originally pulled him over for no rear license plate while he had a temporary plate in his back window. Then they started to say his window tint was too dark and it somehow ended up like this and the officers statements said things completely contrary to the video.

The LT they pepper sprayed showed all signs of pulling over once the police lights came into his view and he drove for a little over a minute to get to a well lit safe area. The officers said in their statements that this was a common thing for people to do that don’t feel safe.
