We've offered Tyjon 3x his current deal. He's on a scholarship right now which is around 300 quid so with the new deal we've offered he's on 1k. He wants double that which is 2k per week. He's not asking for a lot is he...

@BlackburnBish He could easily triple that if he goes to Arsenal. He's giving Rovers the option. He could leave right now if he wanted but he's turned upto training on a temporary 3rd year scholarship... he doesn't have to.

@DanConnell32 Plus you don't understand what young players go through. I imagine with 1k a month you can't do much can you. He's 18 ffs. He's probably living in his own apartment like many footballers do to chase their dream of football.

Rovers rejected 2m in the summer and 1m in January for Tyjon from Arsenal. You either pay the lad up or lose him for pennies

@dannybaldy1995 Well how can he trust them when last summer Ismael sat down with him and said you'll train and play for the first team and if not selected then u21s, never u18s again. He played 6 times for the u18s last season... made 1 appearance for the first team and was on the bench 3 times
