Was travelling from.Blr to pondy and none of the 2 wheelers on Pondy highway was wearing helmet. Not even a single rider and there were families of 3 or even kids in few of them and looked very dangerous. Pls do the needful.

My 3 month old puppy who doesn't even have full teeth has been asked for 100 formalities. He will already be in a cage for 2+ hours. Why he needs a muzzle. He is just a baby and I can't see him like this. Please help. atleast no muzzle please. This is inhuman.

@AkasaAir is Rabies vaccination mandatory for my dog to travel.
my little puppy and would just a few days over 3 months when he will travel. I wish to wait for some more time to get him vaccinated otherwise he may fall sick.
However, He will be vaccinated of 2/3 shots by then.
