Korean citizens have just faced an attack on their democracy and freedom. While martial law is expected to be officially lifted soon, the situation remains deeply serious, and many are still processing the events. 📢Explanation of the Law Firm and PR Efforts

We are the primary contributor to the law firm’s services, covering the majority of the costs. However, other fanbases have supported this effort alongside us. And we are the ones who signed the service contract. While there is a lot of information circulating about the law firm, much of it is inaccurate or misunderstood.

The main services provided by the law firm are very clear:

---Communicating Seunghan’s story and our stance to media outlets.
---Sending a formal letter to SM through the lawyer to express our position.
---Seeking legal assistance to issue letters to individuals spreading false rumors about Seunghan and the fanbases.
---Exploring the possibility of taking legal action against those who sent funeral wreaths as a third-party intervention.

It’s important to note that while there have been other discussions among different groups, these additional topics are not part of the current scope of services.

We reached out to multiple PR agencies and law firms, including several well-known ones, leveraging personal networks to find the right fit. Ultimately, we chose this law firm because of their experience in the entertainment industry and ability to accommodate our very tight timeline. To clarify, this lawyer has extensive experience working with the entertainment and media industries and maintains professional relationships with various companies and outlets. However, this is an independent law firm and not affiliated with or employed by Hybe.

If anyone continues to spread false information about the law firm or the fanbase, we will pursue legal action against the perpetrators for defamation.
