During the pandemic, the Rhode Island MRC has provided surge staffing to congregate care facilities, led #COVID19 testing efforts (administering more than 130,000 tests), and is now administering vaccines across the state through MRC-run clinics.
Happy #NationalVolunteerWeek! This week, we recognize all that MRC volunteers have done for their communities and our country in the fight against #COVID19. From testing support to medical care to mass vaccinations, your efforts have saved lives. https://t.co/Q9JqX7luCa
Get tested, and get tested often. Getting tested is one of the simplest things you can do to keep your friends and family safe. Testing is easy and there are plenty of appointments open. Everyone in RI can sign up for a free test at https://t.co/s8nyekJDkD.
Our dedicated volunteers have been hard at work collecting, sorting, & distributing PPE generously donated by the community. Have PPE & would like to donate? Go to https://t.co/65V0Uo74o8 (click Donate Medical Supplies) for more info. Volunteer @ https://t.co/n1sRGp9uBB
