Had d worst experience after flying @KLM from #Mumbai to #Toronto via #Amsterdam. It’s been 2 days & our checked in luggage haven’t been delivered yet. #Struggling in -15degC temp without clothes, meds etc. #Customercare phones don’t respond. It was a @Delta#Flight booking

@airindia I would certainly be very apprehensive going forward to take Air India flights specially connecting flight unless there is a culture change which makes customer centricity the core focus particularly for the ground staff
