Carter Hart was falsely accused of sexual assault. A judge found him to be innocent and found his accuser to not be credible. Now, he's playing goalie in the Stanley Cup Finals. The only scandal here is that left-wing hockey journalists can't accept that the man was innocent.
Talk is cheap, let’s see how much substance the new Canucks regime has.
We’ve heard so much in the past that hasn’t resulted in anything.
I’m not getting my hopes up while Aquiloonie still calls the shots.
They cheaped out in the hiring process.
Hronek file will say a lot about if this is really a change or more of the same.
Either Hronek is traded by the deadline or it's all just talk.
Premium asset who will be close to his mid 30s by the time rebuild is done. Shouldn't even be a discussion.
Such an easy decision.
Adam Wylde from SDPN reported on the Steve Dangle Podcast that he was told by "multiple sources" that Evan Gold was OFFERED the GM position, but was lowballed "Below the $1M, $750K" range.
He also stated that The Canucks "do not have the same R&D, analytics, and computing systems for prospects and current players as most of the league"
Later on he mentioned how the future buyout of Paolo Aquilini may have affected this.
If this is even REMOTELY close to true, then holy crap man. What a joke.
"You gotta ask yourself why very important people and players are leaving your organization.."

Aquilini is such an embarrassment and stain on our city. He’s a piece of shit human being and it’s been known for many years. I wish there was a way to force him into selling the team. The organization is at rock bottom.
