Watch out for those kids. They may turn up in therapy 10-20 years later with repressed emotions, overfunctioning, and the inability to ask for help because they’ve always had to be perfect.

@DoctorCamden I check on people pleasers at school and reassure them that they don’t need to be perfect and that having things go sideways happens to all of us. They should know their world is not spiraling out of control when that happens and they can call me or a trusted mentor any time.

Are you at least 17 and 10 months old? Are you a U.S. Citizen? If your answer to both of those questions is “yes” then you can register to vote! You must be 18 on Election Day to vote, but don’t forget that we have local and county elections, too! Let your voice be heard!
