game, then shifted the app to the 'delete' button.
"What game are you playing, Midoriya?" Denki set down his phone and glanced over curiously, curling his toes into the covers. He didn't spend enough time with the green-haired hero, and he wanted to remedy that.
Denki beamed, turning his phone screen towards Deku, clearly enamored by the game he was playing. It looked absolutely horrendous; a horse with a pretty man's face on it...? But it was entertaining Denki, so at least that was a plus...?
"It's an older game, but it makes fun of —
dating sims - well, kinda. It's getting repetitive though, so it's losing my interest." He tapped on the screen and sent the horse away, watching as it 'pranced' in the field.
"Farewell, horse prince. You were entertaining for a bit, but not forever." Denki exited out of the —

rivals when..." Denki paused, staring at his cup as he swirled the spoon in the liquid. "Does it even really matter anymore?" He meant the rivalry in general, but Bakugou could take it however he heard it. Which could be anything, really.
Denki's golden eyes shifted to stare at Bakugou, lips twisting forward in disapproval. "It means you're a pretty boy, Kacchan. You wake UP that way." Really, Bakugou made everything look EASY.
Why was he so good at everything he did? It was so unfair.
Stirring in more sugar—
into his coffee, Denki added creamer as he continued to speak. "You take very little care of yourself. You go like Midoriya does, when you're ten steps ahead of him." Or was it ten steps behind? Whatever, Denki couldn't be assed to remember.
"You two are still acting like—
"Some of us don't get up already looking pretty," Denki puffed out his cheeks as he settled down, wrapping his hands around his mug that the waitress just refilled.
"Not like you even try..."
"Because these hands are DELICATE, Kacchan!" Denki lifted his hands and dangled them in front of Bakugou with a whiny huff as soon as the waitress left, knowingly playing everything up on purpose.
Really, how did Bakugou deal with him?
"I just got my nails painted black! See?"
Denki said nothing, just nodding in reply to what Bakugou had said. He lifted his mug slowly and drank from it, trying to grasp at something to lighten his mood.
"How's Midoriya?" The blond swallowed, nearly choking on his drink. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to breathe coffee.
Denki stared. His fingers curled around a lock of hair, and he bit his lower lip in thought.
"... yeah. We kind of... ended up in a war, instead." His shoulders slumped, and his eyes shifted to the side as he became quiet. All things considered, paperwork was the lesser evil.
Lifting his hand to call over the waitress, he ordered his usual burger with tots, and a milkshake to go with it. He also ordered a cup of soup, figuring that Bakugou wouldn't mind eating that even though it wasn't really his favorite.
"Grumpy," he huffed, staring at his friend.
"Then don't diss where I like to eat!" Denki pouted as he settled his teeth on the rim of the cup, huffing as his eyes stared sadly.
"Besides. I already DID my paperwork." More like his friends did it FOR him because he offered them favors in return, but hey, who was counting?—
