🚨PNB Aligarh RO: Unethical Pressure Alert

Branches in @pnbindia ALIGARH RO were ordered to enroll 35 PMJJBY accounts in ONE DAY. Staff who failed were scolded and allowed to leave only at 20:30 😡

How is this even possible without pressuring customers? Bankers are being forced to:
• Get signatures under duress
• Sell insurance without proper consent
• Face angry customers while meeting impossible targets

This is pure mis-selling and cheating innocent customers like farmers, widows, and pensioners.

If DFS audits, 50%+ PMJJBY/PMSBY forms may show signed under pressure. Yet who suffers? Normal bank staff, not the RM or management.

Want to ask @DFS_India:
• Is your role only to give targets, or also to scrutinize whether branches are achieving them ethically?
• Will DFS check customer consent forms before approving branch performance?

Will PNB Aligarh RM & DFS answer:
• On what basis was 35 enrollments/day decided?
• How is this feasible ethically?
• Who protects bankers from forced non-compliance?
• Why is employee well-being ignored while unrealistic targets are enforced?

Keeping staff till 20:30, humiliating them for shortfall, and pushing impossible numbers is inhuman and against ethical banking norms.

PNB Aligarh RM must answer publicly, and DFS must intervene to protect frontline staff and customers.
