@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazonnow I have already waited several hours after paying for Prime fast delivery. The order first showed “Arriving in 9 minutes” for hours and now says “Unable to track your order.” Please provide a real update, immediate delivery, or initiate a refund.

What’s the point of paying for Prime + Amazon Now if an order stays stuck for hours on “Arriving in 9 minutes” and “Assigning a delivery partner soon”? Paid ₹2700 and still no delivery or proper support. Extremely disappointing experience. 😮‍💨
