Today I joined the @RIedCollective for an incubation meeting on RI ABLE. RAMP and the Sherlock Center participated for a thoughtful discussion on how we can make this program accessible for all who qualify.
Today, I attended a roundtable hosted by PVD Promise with Mayor Smiley, RI Treasurer James Diossa, and community stakeholders. We discussed expanding PVD Promise’s goal to include more Rhode Islanders in its work with college savings accounts, and I am excited about what's next!
We are a new nonprofit with a mission to ensure that every child in #RhodeIsland can go to a great public school. Today, too many students in our state, and especially in #Providence, do not have access to a high-quality public school that meets their unique needs. (1/2)
