There are questions about where Zoho is developed and where the data is hosted and who hosts it. There is a lot of false information we want to correct.

1. All the products are developed in India. Our global headquarters is in Chennai and we pay taxes in India on our global income. As a global corporation headquartered in India, we have offices in over 80 countries and have a strong presence in the US which is a big market for us.

2. Indian customer data is hosted in India (Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, soon Odissa). We have over 18 data centers globally and they host the respective country or regional data. We are committed to hosting each country data in their own jurisdiction.

3. All our services run on hardware we own and software frameworks we developed, on top of open source like Linux OS and Postgres database.

4. We do not host our products on AWS or Azure. Arattai, specifically, is not hosted on AWS or Azure or GCloud. We use some of those services for regional switching nodes to speed up traffic but data is not stored in them. We are adding many such "points of presence" (POPs) as we speak.

5. Our Zoho Developer account in the App Store and Play Store lists our US office address because the account was registered in the very early days of those stores by one of our employees in the US just to test them out. We never changed that.

माइनिंग कॉन्क्लेव या भाजपा का खनिज उत्सव !!!

भाजपा सरकार आज #कटनी ���ें माइनिंग कॉन्क्लेव कर रही है!
... लेकिन, यह स्पष्ट नहीं कि ये कॉन्क्लेव किसके लिए हो रहा है! स्थानीय बेरोजगारों को काम देने के लिए, MP के उद्योपतियों के लिए या विदेशी कंपनियों को लीज देने के लिए?
सरकार इस मुद्दे पर अभी चुप है, पर उसे जवाब देना चाहिए। बेहतर हो कि सरकार को पहले यहां के डेढ़ हजार माइनिंग कारोबारियों के बारे में विचार करे। उसके बाद बाहर की कंपनियों को लीज देने पर विचार किया जाए। क्य��ंकि, ये स्थानीय कारोबारियों का हक भी है।

माइनिंग से जुड़े कई ऐसे मुद्दे हैं जिनके बारे में सरकार चुप है।
आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में #पेसा_का��ून के तहत ग्राम सभाओं से इजाजत लेना चाहिए, पर सरकार नहीं ले रही।
आदिवासियों के घर बिना मुआवजे के उजाड़े जा रहे हैं, पर सरकार इस मुद्दे पर भी चुप्पी साधे है।

#रेत_माफिया पूरे प्रदेश में सक्रिय है। #CAG की 2023 की रिपोर्ट में साफ लिखा है कि सरकार की 90% रॉयल्टी की चोरी हो रही। सरकार इस पर अंकुश क्यों नहीं लगा रही!
क्या अवैध कमाई के लिए रॉयल्टी चोरी कराई जा रही है! एक रॉयल्टी की चिट्ठी पर 10 ट्रक निकाले जान��� गलत है।

#SIYA के तहत 450 #डीम्ड_परमिशन दी गई। यह पर्यावरण के साथ खुला मजाक है।
बिना बैठक के कंपनियों को परमिशन दी गई। एक-एक कंपनी से 3 से 4 करोड़ की वसूली की गई। ये पर्यावरण के खास मजाक नहीं तो क्या है।

जंगलों की कटाई पर भी #MP सरकार का कोई कंट्रोल नहीं। 15 साल में 40 हजार हेक्टेयर से ज्यादा जंगल कटा गया। यह भी खनन के लिए हुआ।
इससे आदिवासी भी विस्थापित हुए। #सिंगरौली के मोरवा में 50 हजार से ज्यादा परिवार उजड़ने वाले हैं। सरकार ने उनसे कह भी दिया है। यह सब #अडानी जैसे उद्योगपतियों के लिए हो रहा है। इसकी जिम्मेदार MP सरकार है जो प्रदेश में अवैध खनन के माफिया को बढ़ा रही है।

मैं यहां #DMA यानी डिस्ट्रिक्ट माइनिंग फंड की भी बात करना चाहूंगा, जिसमें 10 साल में ₹13 हजार करोड़ फंड आया, पर खनन से जो लोग प्रभावित हुए, इस फंड से उनका विकास क्यों नहीं हुआ! ये पैसा उस क्षेत्र में खर्च भी नहीं हुआ, जहां के लोग इससे प्रभावित हुए हैं।

प्रदेश में जहां भी खदानें हैं, वहां के लोग #विस्थापन से सबसे ज्यादा पर प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। उनके घर टूट रहे हैं, उन्हें मौलिक सुविधाएं नहीं मिल रही। ये मोहन यादव की निर्ममता नहीं तो क्या है।

आज कटनी में हो रहा ये #माइनिंग_कॉन्क्लेव नहीं बल्कि भाजपा का खनिज उत्सव है। मेरा कहना है कि क्या सरकार मेरे उठाए इन बिंदुओं पर विचार करेगी! जनभावनाओं का ध्यान रखेगी, मैं ये सरकार से पूछना चाहता हूं।
