@Guidry_golf_fit That's my point. False information is irresponsible. "if you can stand and walk.your glutes are firing just fine." would be considered an inaccurate statement, hence, the disk ex. Their glutes are most likely not firing "just fine". Oversimplified->misleading ->poor info->injury
@Guidry_golf_fit I entirely understand what you're trying to do and sell, but you're a PT. Sell the shit out of your expertise on assessment and fixing the root cause, especially with golfers. Then go hammer strength and athleticism and push multisport athletes.
@Guidry_golf_fit I wholeheartedly agree that simplification is needed but the point is to edu not to "do as I say"- help them understand. To think some golfer with disk issues is just gonna go do some squats and further exacerbate the injury because you said seems irresponsible, no?
