What do I respond to on Twitter? Books, writing and writers; consulting and freelancing; accessible philosophy; a little politics; a bit of nature and mountaineering - and anything else I randomly find interesting. Does that even work as a mix?
@Argos_Online - ordered something. Not delivered, and no way through your service of this being accepted. You just keep telling me it has been delivered. It hasn’t.

@scottgould In philosophy I think this would get the word “meta” applied. But that would be giving too much credence/Credit to much of it, which seems either nonsense or desperate. Will we soon have people who show others how to make money showing others how to make money. Meta-meta
I’ve never owned a rental property but if I did I don’t think I’d expect the rental to cover the mortgage costs - if it does that is really a landlord getting a property for free. Or have I misunderstood something?
@tinycharlotte72 I’m always sceptical of the “this is the way you write” sort if advice like “don’t edit as you go along”. I cannot think of any other creative endeavour where people focus so much on finding the one right way. Artists paint in different ways, why shouldn’t writers do the same?
