I have been to Mission Hospital in Orange County, California and observed the groundbreaking Histotripsy procedure. It uses focused ultrasound waves to create tiny cavitation bubbles that mechanically liquefy and destroy targeted tumors. Royal Raymond Rife observed this in 1930.
Human biologist and nutritionist expert Gary Brecka says the only way to extend your life is to cut out processed foods
You have to “avoid them like the plague”
Megyn Kelly “You say the only diet rule that matters is to avoid processed foods?”
Gary Brecka “Yes. I mean, processed foods are the devil. You can't eat them. You do not buy them. Do not have them in your pantry. Do not give them to your children. Avoid them like the plague.
— There is no argument for dogmatic dieting to extend life. It's not keto, paleo, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, you know, raw food. The secret to extended life is the absence of processed food”
The shocking thing is that 66% of kids diets in America are processed foods and they are so unhealthy for them
The average adult eats about 53-56% processed foods
This is why we have a chronic disease epidemic in America. The majority of processed food should just be banned. We should just stop allowing ourselves to be poisoned
- 74% of American adults now are overweight or obese
- Close to 50% of children are overweight or obese
- 77% of young adults are unfit to serve in the military because of these issues like obesity
- A full 50% of American adults have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes
- Young adult cancers are up 79%
The way in which we see life will determine how we live life. Matthew 6:22-23 reminds us: ‘The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness.’ A Christ‑centred worldview begins with the conviction that Jesus stands at the centre of all reality—creation, meaning, purpose, and destiny. When we learn to see life through Him, everything gains clarity and alignment. This perspective invites us to move away from self‑focused living and begin interpreting the world through God’s truth.
Colossians 1:17 teaches that ‘He is before all things, and by him all things hold together.’ This means Jesus is not an accessory to our life, a genie that makes life easier for us. He is the One who defines and sustains it. When we allow Christ to become the lens through which we see our relationships, work, identity, and decisions, we begin to understand life as it truly is, not merely as it feels. This shifts us from unstable, emotion‑driven interpretation to a worldview anchored in the eternal nature of Christ.
John 1:1 is so clear: ‘In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.’ Christ is the eternal Word who frames and defines reality. Before anything existed, He already was—present with God, fully God, and the divine source of all truth. This means our worldview is only reliable when it begins with Him, not with our experiences or assumptions.
Colossians 1:16 (CSB) establishes this reality: ‘For everything was created by him… all things have been created through him and for him.’ This reveals not only Christ’s role in creation but also our purpose within it. We exist for Him. Our work, relationships, purpose, and influence flow from His design and leads us back to His glory. When we see life this way, we realise that every sphere of society and every part of our daily lives is an opportunity to reflect Christ.’
Jesus, centre my entire life on You. Teach me to see the world through Your truth and not my own limited understanding. Renew my mind so that my thoughts, choices, and desires reflect Your wisdom, Your purpose, and Your heart. Amen.🙏🏻
Attention everyone in Flower Mound, Texas area
The Hive Bakery apparently hates Conservatives and our country. This was their message for the 4th of July:
“We refuse to observe this holiday. F*** this fascist regime”
Would be a shame if everyone in the area saw this!
Consider these words from 1920, written by French author Hilaire Belloc:
“The modern world imagines that it has outgrown religion. It has done nothing of the kind. It has merely forgotten it. And because it has forgotten it, it no longer understands itself. Men do not realize that the whole framework of their moral judgments, their political habits, and even their intellectual methods were formed within a Christian society and cannot exist long outside it. When that framework breaks, they will not find themselves enlightened, but bewildered; not free, but enslaved; not rational, but confused.”
Atlas Shrugged made simple:
1. Society runs on a small number of highly capable producers – industrialists, inventors, engineers – whose work everyone depends on but takes for granted.
2. The system starts rewarding need over achievement: the more capable you are, the more you’re expected to sacrifice for those who aren’t.
3. Success gets treated like a debt – taxed, regulated, resented – until the most capable start asking why they bother trying at all.
4. One by one, led by a man named John Galt, they simply withdraw – walking away rather than keep propping up a system that punishes them for producing.
5. Without them, the whole structure collapses, revealing that the “automatic” prosperity everyone assumed was actually being generated by specific, irreplaceable people.
6. Atlas is the Titan from Greek myth, condemned to carry the sky on his shoulders forever – Rand’s stand-in for the producer class, holding up civilization while getting blamed for it.
7. “Shrugged” is the whole argument in one word: Atlas doesn’t fight, doesn’t protest – he just quietly sets the weight down. Nobody realized the sky was being held up by anyone in particular, until the day it isn’t.
You don’t want us? We just go…🤷🏻♂️
Dear Sophie Cunningham,
You absolute chaotic saint, thank you. While the rest of the WNBA was busy doing boring things like dribbling and scoring, you ascended Mount Petty and delivered the single greatest athletic achievement of the 21st century: the 22-second Point Heard ‘Round the World. DeWanna rolled up with big emotions; you just hit her with the slow, unblinking finger of doom like a disappointed Victorian ghost who’d had enough of everyone’s nonsense. No words. No touching. Just pure, concentrated shade channeled through one perfectly extended index finger.
I haven’t been this proud since the invention of sarcasm itself. And now, right on schedule, I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for the left to have a full meltdown. Any second now some blue-check PhD in Grievance Studies will publish the groundbreaking essay “The Racialized Finger: How Sophie Cunningham’s Point Perpetuates White Supremacy in Women’s Sports.” They’ll claim your gesture was a “microaggression with macro consequences,” demand sensitivity training for all index fingers, and probably launch a https://t.co/hORTWK0zHN petition to ban pointing unless it’s been pre-approved by a DEI consultant and performed only in the approved “non-threatening” direction. “This isn’t just a point,” they’ll sob on MSNBC, “this is violence. This is erasure. This finger is literally the new burning cross.” Bonus points if they somehow tie it to climate change or student loan debt.
You turned a basketball game into performance art so powerful it broke the internet, launched a thousand memes, and made grown adults point at each other in grocery stores like it’s the new national greeting. The arena laughed until they cried. Your teammates looked like they wanted to give you a standing ovation. And somewhere right now a group of very serious people are writing strongly worded letters about how your finger is problematic, triggering, and needs to be canceled immediately for the good of democracy. Never change, Sophie. Keep wielding that lethal weapon of silent judgment. Keep protecting your squad with the world’s most elegant non-contact foul. And when the inevitable congressional hearing on “Toxic Pointing” begins, just walk in, look every senator dead in the eye, and give them the treatment they so richly deserve. We’re all out here practicing in the mirror like idiots, rewatching the clip on loop, and loving every glorious second of the mayhem you unleashed. This point didn’t just go viral, it went legendary. With breathless, slightly unhinged admiration and oceans of affectionate sarcasm.
Soccer skills are always appreciated during the FIFA World Cup tournament. Watched this multiple times and it’s amazing to me the ball never touches the ground.
And in jeans…

Stonework So Precise It Still Baffles Engineers
Then Suddenly…
By The Early 1900s…
The World Stopped Building Like That.
Why?

My wife and I own Forest Park Pharmacy, and we don't accept insurance. None of it. That decision is exactly why we could fix what happened to a patient today.
A family came in wanting to transfer their kid's antibiotic to us. The child had already STARTED the course. Then, mid-treatment, the insurance company decided the last 14 tablets suddenly needed a "prior authorization" before the other pharmacy could hand them over. A sick kid, halfway through an antibiotic, and the answer was "please hold."
The drug is linezolid. It's a generic. It's been generic for over a decade. It treats serious gram-positive infections — the kind you do NOT want to stop antibiotics in the middle of, because an interrupted course is how you breed resistant bugs and end up right back where you started.
So why the hold-up on a cheap, common generic? Follow the fake math.
Insurance and the PBMs behind them price drugs off a number called AWP — "Average Wholesale Price." People in my industry have another name for it: "Ain't What's Paid." It's a benchmark number, not a real-world cost. On paper, the AWP for just those last 14 tablets is about $2,500.
My cash price for the same 14 tablets? $18.
Read that again. The system that's supposedly "protecting" this family from cost is the same system that inflated an $18 medication into a $2,500 line item, then slapped a prior auth on it to "review the expense" THEY invented. They manufactured the problem, then billed everyone for the privilege of solving it — and made a sick kid wait while they did it.
This is the whole game. When a drug is priced honestly, there's nothing to "manage." When it's priced off a fantasy benchmark, you get spread pricing, PA paperwork, pharmacy phone trees, and delayed treatment — all dressed up as cost control.
Here's the part nobody tells you: roughly 90% of prescriptions are low-cost generics. For the vast majority of what people pick up every day, running it through insurance does two things — raises the real cost and risks delaying your care. That's it. That's the value-add.
That's why we fired the insurance companies. No middleman deciding your kid can't finish their antibiotics on schedule. No fake prices. Just the real number, on the shelf, today.
The medication was always cheap. The insurance was the expensive part.
“Your best chance of living to a ripe old age is to avoid doctors and hospitals…”
— Dr. Allan Greenberg, MD
A physician says what most WON'T say out loud:
“I can honestly say that unless you are in a serious accident, your best chance of living to a ripe old age is to avoid doctors and hospitals and learn nutrition, herbal medicine and other forms of natural medicine…”
Modern medicine is useful for emergencies and trauma, but for chronic illness it fails us.
**Nutrition IS medicine.**
Healing the root cause — not just masking symptoms — is the real path to lasting health.
Pharmaceutical drugs are toxic. They rarely cure anyone. Instead, they manage symptoms while causing terrible adverse side effects, new diseases, and lifelong dependency.
It’s time to take control of your own health.
Dr. Andrew Huberman just confirmed a “wild conspiracy theory” about incandescent lights and LED bulbs.
The long wavelengths found in incandescents increase your metabolism and “charge your mitochondria.”
Conversely, the LED bulbs that most of you have in your house are “causing disruptions in mitochondrial function.”
DR. ANDREW HUBERMAN: “Your mitochondria function better, you increase ATP production, your metabolism increases in the presence of red light, long wavelength light to the skin.”
“Shine long wavelength light on somebody, watch blood glucose levels in a blood glucose test, and it’s blunted.”
“Now, the LED lights that are commonly used now… that short wavelength light, in the absence of long wavelength light, has been shown to damage the mitochondria.”
“This used to be considered crazy. This was like chemtrail crazy, right?”
“But now we’re starting to see from animal studies and human studies, from Glenn Jeffreys and others, that people’s vision gets better when they get in front of an incandescent bulb once a day.”
“If they get sunlight, which also has long-wavelength light, your vision improves because of improvements in mitochondria.”
The Biden administration quietly pushed incandescents out of the market through aggressive energy regulations.
But you can still find them online today if you look hard enough.
If that health insight stood out to you, there’s a lot more where that came from.
