@McDonaldsCanada Friday November 4, 2022, Bancroft drive-thru (of the two drive-thru, it was the one in the outside lane), at 835pm; it took us 10 minutes to get to the ordering window then for 10 minutes no one communicated with us, while 4-5 cars in the inside lane had their order taken.
