We're hiring a Direct Response Video Editor for a DTC brand spending $1M+/month on Meta in the women's hair-loss space.

You'll sit inside a dedicated creative pod reporting to a Creative Strategist, turning proven concepts into high-volume performance ads — using AI across A-roll, B-roll, voiceovers, motion graphics and subtitles. We don't hire editors to cut footage. We hire editors to help create winners, and several have grown into Creative Strategist roles from here.

📍 Must be based GMT+1 or later, full-time (40+ hrs/week)

What we're looking for:
✅ Direct response editing experience for ecommerce brands
✅ Strong grasp of pacing, hooks and attention retention
✅ Meta / TikTok-style short-form experience
✅ Heavy AI tool user — Veo, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Creatify
✅ Your own access to AI video and content generation tools
✅ Comfortable shipping 5+ ads per week
✅ Fluent English communication
