@fedex has terrible customer service. Attempted called their recommended number and after 10 min bouncing around an automated system, it informed me that there were no agents to speak to and to call back during regular hours it's 11am pst on a Sat! @FedExHelp

This is the last time I'll be using @FedEx after being upsold by the #FedEx agent that was handling my package to ensure it got there in plenty of time, the package was delivered 12 days late! #poorserice #usps got my package there quiker at 1/3 the cost.
