Frankly blessed
Tonight I got to meet & have a great chat with my idol & favourite ever @ChelseaFC player - Super Frank Lampard!
Legendary player, legendary person.
Incredibly grateful for this amazing experience, I look forward to the next one π

@ArchieStanding@elseychelsea I too want them to start the season well and hope that this trip will actually aid Xabi and his squad, rather than act as a hindrance π€π
@elseychelsea@ArchieStanding I know where you're coming from but for me it's the thrill of having them as a Club and seeing them play in the flesh, and seeing what youngsters and other players are keen to press our new manager ππ
@journalism_rp@SonOfChelsea Well said Rob, great example of someone who maintains strong self belief in their capabilities while having the humility and ability to refine their approach and come out better for it. An absolute legend he is π
@PhilGould15 They sure can be very influential due to the
increased/incremental load it puts on the defensive team and maintains the already fast pace which further compounds the fatigue factor. On one hand it speeds up the game & keeps it flowing but drawback is lack of scrutiny/consistency
@PhilGould15 Love stats to analyse but my take from this is that sometimes they can be misleading and that stats (once you determine which ones are relevant) need to be complemented by the good old eye test to truly be valuable.
@PhilGould15 For me I see it as a tool that is able to be used and abused to shift momentum for teams throughout and not draw scrutiny from fans and teams in the same way a penalty does.
@CFCCentral3 You knew it after they weren't able to get that vitally important 2nd goal, then the added injection of belief with Wes' brainless second yellow... that acted as the spark they needed to give them hope.
Too many times this season we've allowed that to happen. Big maturity thing.
@GoldbergCFC Who would've thought ! Credit to them for persisting and forming an unlikely connection! Let's hope it manifests to something consistent going forward π
@TheBlueDodger Thought it crossed the line, should've just made sure before celebrating, and I thought should then have laid it off for Estevao who was open π€·ββοΈ
First Estevao's miss, then this π€¦ββοΈ
@GoldbergCFC I think the 2nd goal was far worse imho. Such an easy to defend situation.. tried to be too clever rather than just focus on clearing the danger..
@NiiNiiFC Trial and error, particularly coming in mid point of the season with many targets still being pursued. I agree with him being able to correct and motivate, very important characteristics to have π
