@SwiftHitter I think for injuries that are deemed to have been caused by another jockey’s carelessness, we need a new system. Instead of simply suspending the jock for 15 days, let him continue to ride. However, he splits 50% of whatever earnings he has for 30 days, with the injured jock.

@SwiftHitter My horse had a barely visible fracture. Gave him year off. Did everything vets said. State vet who watched his bullet work said horse ‘at no greater risk than any other horse.’ Head regulatory vet for NYRA, who never examined him, failed him. Nobody would even discuss why.

@SwiftHitter I would let Cali die. NYRA needs a winter circuit for turf racing and prepping babies. CD has a market cap of $9B+. The combination would essentially give the new entity control over the entire industry.
