Indie iOS dev. Built Calerto: your calendar invites become loud alarms, so you never miss a meeting again. Building in public: downloads, revenue, lessons.

I missed a meeting I knew about.

The invite was in my calendar. The notification fired. My phone was on silent, face-down, doing exactly what I told it to do.

So I built the thing I actually needed.

Got offer on I just received a $1,500 offer for @trust_mrr, which includes both the iOS and Mac versions. I’ve attached my RevenueCat dashboard below—do you think this is a fair deal, or should I hold out for more? for $1500. This is for iOS and Mac App. What do you think if offer is good. Sharing my revenue cat dashboard.

Anthropic just committed $100M to Claude Frontier Academy, aiming to train 10,000 engineers by the end of 2027.

My takeaway: knowing how to turn AI into working products is becoming a valuable skill.

What are you building with AI?

A calendar notification shouldn’t be the reason you miss an important meeting. ⏰💻

Calerto turns upcoming meetings into alarms that are hard to miss so you can stay focused on your work without constantly checking the clock.

Focus on what you’re doing. Calerto will remind you when it’s time.

An AI just booked two hotel rooms for one person. And that's not even the worst part. 😳

Meta Muse, trying to help someone sell an item, shared the seller's home address with a buyer.

Both stories (reported by The Information) point to the same problem. To an AI agent, "helpful" often means more: more info shared, more space booked, more speed at any cost. Sell faster? Drop the price. Make it comfy? Double everything.

But people don't want more. They want right. The right amount of privacy, the right room, the right trade-off.

That gap between maximizing and understanding is the real frontier for AI agents. Until it's closed, keep a human in the loop. 👀

Nothing beats the feeling of receiving positive feedback from a customer who genuinely loves the app you've built. It’s the ultimate validation that all the long hours, debugging sessions, and feature iterations were worth it. Seeing a user find real value in your work is the best motivation to keep building and improving.
