Kudos to @DelhiJalBoard for the amazing SOLUTION to our water crisis just close the complaint without fixing the prob, Water is still missing, but at least the records now show it as RESOLVED Is this how public grievances are handled? we need an actual water supply.

The DJB staff did visit my residence, but instead of resolving the issue, they spent their time chatting. It felt like nothing more than a token visit to mark their attendance rather than making any genuine effort to restore it

@AmazonHelp Ur delivery boy r completely untrustworthy, If a customer is unable to answer a call, how can they falsely update the delivery status? This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please check on this issue, cancel my order if cant be delivered, and process a full refund immediately
