Hope everyone enjoyed their Deepavali celebrations!

Saya sempat ke beberapa rumah untuk menyambut Deepavali bersama penduduk dan rakan-rakan.

Saya memang suka untuk melawat rumah rakan-rakan India saya semasa Deepavali. Saya juga terbuka hati apabila dijemput untuk makan-makan di rumah mereka.

Pejabat kami juga melawat ke rumah-rumah penduduk yang ke dapat Top 3 dalam Pertandingan Kolam Puteri Wangsa.

Saya terkejut bila Ms Jothi beritahu saya dia hanya mengambil masa 1 jam untuk menghias kolam dia. Clearly shows how much skills and patience that she has ✨

Congratulations to Ms Krisnaveni, Ms Maha and Ms Jothi for winning the Puteri Wangsa Kolam Competition.

I am especially drawn to this para by Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang.

I’ve said this many times before that no child in Malaysia should be stopped from dreaming of becoming Prime Minister just because they’re not born a Malay.

Although MUDA has made its stance to standalone in the next 6 elections, it won’t stop me from saying this;

Some of the best and most hardworking MPs or ADUNs that I’ve known are from DAP.

I wish that my generation and generations after this will move on from racial sentiments and judge politicians from their work and their policies.

MUDA is committed to ensure that no one in the party is discriminated simply because of their race/ religion/ gender.
