42 hrs later and @FrontierCare has done nothing to actually respond to my complaints other than making promises they don’t keep. I will continue to post on all my social media informing others, this is after months of waiting after filing in person and online complains #Frontier

I do include it right at the top, surprise! That email is NEVER responded to. I firmly believe the “customer service” is just a reply bot to drive customers insane um they give up. I told them I would not give up and I will not. I will post everywhere I can until my case in heard

@FrontierCare My husband and I have been trying since January to get compensation for our stroller that was damaged on our flight to Detroit from Orlando, a metal part of the stroller was somehow completely broken 😞 we spent hours at the airport attempting to file our complaint

So @FrontierCare promised me they’d make sure I got a response in 24 hrs regarding my complaint, this is after months of waiting and multiple inquiries and SURPRISE! I got nothing! Don’t ever let @FlyFrontier handle your stroller if you ever hope it to be replaced if damaged 😖

Our six-year-old handed us a note. His teacher had called my wife and I in for an emergency meeting. We asked our son if he had any idea why
and he said, "She didn't like a drawing I did."

We went in the next day.

His teacher pulled the drawing below out and said, "I asked him to draw his familv and he drew this. Would you mind explaining?"
