@Flipkart services are getting worst now a days. They're not delivering orders on time not picking returns or not even updating status or letting us know that delivery won't happen today or updating reason. I'm facing this in Ahmedabad and Rajkot since July end. @flipkartsupport

They have not updated even ticket which was saying you'll get resolution in 2 days on 20th Oct. Today its 3rd Nov. Even they don't give details what is taking this much time and what is the process going on.!! @PMOIndia @BipinSingh @consumerforum_

@MobiKwikSWAT You guys will get back to me but when? Could you please help me giving the time which you guys are referring to fix this problem and release my money? Cz every time customer executive of Mobikwik asks me to wait for 24hrs or 48hrs. And I have to ask again for status.

At least customer executive should check the history as I've already explained my issue and then answr. When I asked again he said to wait & on asking the timeline he has PUT MY CALL ASIDE.!! I was just saying hello hello hello and had to cut call myslf. @BipinSingh @UpasanaTaku

I do call Mobikwik almost every working day after ticket raised and they do reply just to wait and wait and wait. There is no timeline for such serious issues for Mobikwik.!!

Yesterday whn I've called Mobikwik cstmr suprt to ask status,he said the transaction is sucesful from our end plz check wth ur srvc prvdr EVEN THOUGH I've already contacted service provider and attached written cnfrmatn from them in the ticket @UpasanaTaku @BipinSingh @MobiKwik
