If you are worried about teacher retention, remember, if you want to keep the best teachers, treat them like they are the best. Few teachers leave an environment where they feel valued, supported, appreciated, and treated like professionals. Few want to leave a winning team!

4 Ways to Be a Positive Leader Today:
1. See possibilities when others don’t.
2. Focus on solutions instead of complaints.
3. Encourage people when they are feeling defeated.
4. Demonstrate commitment when others want to quit.
Many people hesitate to share their work because they're uncomfortable promoting themselves.
Sharing your art, writing, or invention isn't an act of self-promotion. It's an act of self-expression.
If you don't put your ideas out in the world, no one else can benefit from them.
Every leader thinks they’re a good leader. We can’t assume that. We have to check in with our folks. We have to surround ourselves with peeps who will tell us the truth. We have to create the climate where others feel comfortable telling us things we might not want to hear.
